About the role
Join Talent Synk as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands‑on experience in the full hiring cycle for Egypt’s leading call‑center clients. You will work closely with the talent acquisition team, learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates while supporting onboarding and training activities.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for various call‑center positions.
- Communicate with potential hires, answer queries, and schedule interviews.
- Assist the recruiting team with daily administrative tasks and candidate tracking.
- Organise and conduct training sessions for newly hired call‑center agents.
- Ensure new recruits are well‑prepared for their roles and understand company processes.
Required profile
- Fluency in English.
- Commitment to a minimum of three months.
- Own a personal laptop for remote tasks.
- Availability for full‑time work (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM) with Fridays and Saturdays off.
