Talent Acquisition Lead – Full‑Cycle Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will design and execute the hiring strategy for Bingo Global Group’s corporate, distribution and retail divisions. You will own the full‑cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience that reflects the dynamic nature of our toy and collectibles business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels, from job definition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks and modern sourcing tools.
• Champion the company’s employer brand and position Bingo Global Group as an employer of choice in retail, distribution and pop‑culture sectors.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand team dynamics and hiring needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, track TA metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, cost‑per‑hire) and maintain the ATS.
• Lead, coach and mentor recruitment specialists to align with HR and business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition or agency recruiting experience, with 1–2 years leading hiring strategies or teams.
• Proven success recruiting for retail, distribution, FMCG or fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Experience with AI‑driven sourcing tools or recruitment automation.
