Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will own end‑to‑end recruitment for Agility Infrastructure, supporting both the Cairo headquarters and the Ain Sokhna Logistics Centre. The role combines strategic workforce planning with hands‑on delivery for technical, operational and logistics positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate business plans into annual and quarterly manpower forecasts.
• Analyse attrition, growth and productivity data to anticipate hiring needs and support recruitment budgeting.
• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle: role intake, job description creation, sourcing strategy, screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation and hiring closure.
• Manage recruitment for HQ functions, IT software development, construction, and operational/logistics roles across Cairo and Ain Sokhna.
• Develop talent pipelines, leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals and agencies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding role requirements, market expectations and interview best practices.
• Ensure fair, competency‑based assessment processes and validate final hiring decisions against cultural fit and long‑term potential.
• Prepare employment offers, support salary benchmarking, and coordinate pre‑boarding and onboarding activities with HR, IT and line management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, preferably within logistics, infrastructure or related technical fields.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to analyse workforce data and contribute to recruitment budget planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
