Talent Acquisition Manager – Internal Firm Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its Internal Firm Services team in Cairo. In this role you will partner with business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent, supporting the firm’s growth and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple business units.
• Resolve issues that hinder effective team performance.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters, encouraging ownership of personal development.
• Analyse complex hiring proposals and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Leverage diverse stakeholder perspectives to shape recruitment solutions.
• Address sub‑standard work and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Use data and insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Stay abreast of global talent trends and their impact on the firm.
• Facilitate consensus among varied viewpoints to achieve positive outcomes.
• Simplify complex recruitment messages for clear communication.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with data‑driven insights and translate them into hiring strategies.
