Talent Acquisition Manager – Manufacturing (7-9 yrs experience)

About the role

The Group is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment function across manufacturing and agricultural businesses. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring high‑caliber talent while ensuring a professional and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s recruitment strategy and annual hiring plan.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to recruit engineering, manufacturing, agriculture, commercial, and corporate talent.
• Build talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and recruitment agencies.
• Lead interviews, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Strengthen employer branding and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring reports.
• Lead, develop, and ensure compliance of the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven recruitment experience in the manufacturing or agriculture sector.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, and leadership positions.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
