Talent Acquisition Partner – MEA

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment across the Middle East and Africa for Hitachi Energy. You will build pipelines, engage with diverse talent communities and secure top candidates for engineering, industrial, infrastructure and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle hiring across multiple functions and countries, using proactive sourcing and strong conversion strategies.
• Conduct consultative conversations that communicate Hitachi Energy’s mission, project impact and career opportunities, handling objections and closing offers.
• Develop and maintain talent maps and pipelines by country, function and skill set, providing insight on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align hiring strategies with market realities, offering data‑driven guidance on profiles and assessment approaches.
• Run high‑velocity recruitment processes, ensuring efficient movement from sourcing to offer while delivering a consistent candidate experience.
• Tailor attraction strategies for different talent communities, leveraging networks, referrals and targeted outreach to strengthen the employer brand.
• Capture and share successful sourcing strategies, messaging and hiring practices to enhance capability across the Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sourcing, engaging and closing talent for engineering, industrial, infrastructure or corporate roles (in‑house, agency or RPO).
• Strong consultative and commercial approach with excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Experience recruiting across Middle East and Africa markets, with knowledge of regional talent dynamics.
• Ability to provide data‑driven recommendations and navigate complex offer processes confidently.
