About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join our recruitment team in Cairo. In this permanent role you will design and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates and build talent pipelines across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and professional networks.
- Conduct advanced Boolean and other search techniques to identify both passive and active talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across multiple departments.
- Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring fit with role requirements and company culture.
- Engage candidates through various communication channels, providing information and nurturing relationships.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications and desired candidate profiles.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and sourcing data to improve time-to-hire and overall process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment databases.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition sourcing or related HR functions.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
