Talent Acquisition Specialist (English Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in English to join MICO WORLD’s HR team in Qesm El Maadi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our fast‑growing social entertainment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions and ensure a smooth, inclusive hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with internal policies and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers and manage several recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in the Internet, technology or entertainment sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment‑related tools.
