Talent Acquisition Specialist – French/English

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, supporting large‑scale hiring campaigns, and ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct interviews with candidates in both French and English.
• Communicate with various stallholders and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment activities.
• Support mass‑hiring initiatives and manage high‑volume applicant flow.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with applicants throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, preferably in a mass‑hiring environment.
• French language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and commute to the job location.
• Immediate availability to start.
