About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist delivers end‑to‑end recruitment for a defined portfolio of roles, operating within a pod structure to ensure efficient, consistent hiring aligned with global standards. The role combines strong sourcing, assessment and candidate‑management capabilities while leveraging AI‑enabled tools and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management for assigned roles.
• Maintain compliance with global Talent Acquisition processes and data governance.
• Provide a high‑quality, timely candidate experience and represent the employer brand.
• Share local talent market insights and build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategy Partners and Regional Hub Managers to align hiring priorities and resolve challenges.
• Utilise AI‑enabled recruitment technologies and ensure accurate data entry in recruitment systems.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering full‑cycle recruitment in a corporate environment.
• Strong sourcing and assessment skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regional and global teams.
• Comfort with AI, data analytics and cloud‑based recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills and adherence to process discipline.
