Talent Acquisition Specialist – High‑Volume Recruitment

About the role

Lychee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume recruitment initiatives as the company expands its healthy food operations across Egypt and into Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering timely hiring solutions that support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan based on the annual manpower plan.
• Organize and run recruitment open days and hiring events to attract large candidate pools.
• Conduct competency‑based, in‑person interviews to assess cultural and skill fit.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and proactive headhunting to source top talent.
• Maintain a database of pre‑qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Enhance employer branding and track hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
• Manage offer issuance and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in talent acquisition, preferably in F&B, retail, FMCG or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• High flexibility and adaptability to manage rapid expansion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
