Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a range of positions, from entry‑level to senior roles. The role will partner with hiring managers to ensure a strong fit between candidates and business needs while delivering a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for candidates at all levels, ensuring a strong match between candidates and position requirements.
• Oversee interview scheduling and preparation for both candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain accurate records of job vacancies and hiring plans to identify staffing needs.
• Obtain and verify candidate references and conduct pre‑employment checks.
• Update and manage a comprehensive candidate database, including resumes and applications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to review and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities such as welcome emails, equipment requests, workspace setup, onboarding plans, and new‑hire announcements.
• Ensure seamless induction logistics with hiring managers, HR, and training teams.
• Oversee internal transfer processes, from vacancy announcement to employee transition, and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong organization and time‑management abilities.
• High customer‑service orientation for candidates and hiring managers.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
