Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end‑to‑end recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates, supporting multiple hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to assessing and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates using diverse recruitment channels, especially for sales department hires.
• Create and update job descriptions, talent acquisition reports, and offer letters.
• Identify and test new recruitment channels to expand outreach and accelerate company growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments to facilitate onboarding.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms as required.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably mass hiring.
• Experience in real‑estate recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
