Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will design recruitment strategies, analyse performance data and drive talent attraction initiatives that support AstraZeneca’s science‑led mission. You will own end‑to‑end programmes, partner with hiring managers and external agencies, and turn insights into actionable hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment marketing aligned with the employer brand.
• Manage and analyse referrals, job boards, social networks and events, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Facilitate candidate and employee feedback analysis and translate insights into process improvements.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and the global recruitment community.
• Oversee priority programmes such as the Talent Intelligence Platform launch and university relations initiatives.
• Source, synthesize and present recruitment and organisational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce regular reports on recruitment effectiveness, workforce analytics and survey outcomes.
• Safeguard brand consistency and candidate experience across all touchpoints.
• Test, learn and iterate to reduce time‑to‑fill and raise quality of hire.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and drive projects from concept to execution.
