Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead the recruitment function for an office‑furniture company, ensuring the attraction, selection and hiring of qualified candidates across production, design, sales, logistics and corporate areas. The role is focused on building strong talent pipelines to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Supervise the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Manage job postings on multiple platforms and recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, creative and operational roles.
• Conduct interviews for mid‑level and senior positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and quality of hire.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Lead and support junior recruiters or HR assistants.
• Enhance employer branding within the furniture and interior industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture or interior design sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.
