Team Head - Multinational Corporates

About the role

The Team Head will lead a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and driving revenue growth. This senior position combines client relationship management, business development, and team leadership within a corporate banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multinational corporate clients, understanding their financial needs.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote the full range of bank products and services.
• Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and execute business development plans to meet revenue targets.
• Assess and manage credit risk for corporate clients while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions to anticipate risks.
• Track team performance against KPIs, prepare financial reports for senior management, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members, managing workload and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of banking products, corporate finance, credit analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
