About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – People Partner to drive People & Organization (P&O) activities for Tasaheel’s Zagazig branch. The role will align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, payroll, and compliance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the People & Organization strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to review manpower planning.
- Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis for People Partner Specialists.
- Prepare and distribute the monthly work plan for the People Partner team.
- Monitor and report on P&O performance metrics such as hiring numbers and exit interview outcomes.
- Manage payroll transaction sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely processing with Shared Services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure compliance with P&O policies.
- Act as the primary liaison between Operations and the People team.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, L&D and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Stay informed on Egyptian employment laws and oversee the performance‑management cycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including interaction with labor offices and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
