About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to own and drive our infrastructure operations, service delivery, and hosting platforms. The role combines hands‑on technical execution with service management and business alignment, laying the groundwork for future team growth.

Key responsibilities

Administer and optimise Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, Azure) and Linux‑based hosting environments.
Manage hosting control panels such as WHMCS, cPanel/WHM and ensure high availability of VPS, dedicated and shared servers.
Monitor infrastructure health, performance and service availability, coordinating with network teams for redundancy and scalability.
Implement security, compliance, backup and disaster‑recovery plans.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, SOPs and ITIL‑aligned processes.

Required profile

6–8 years of experience in IT service delivery, infrastructure operations or related fields.
3+ years managing Microsoft and Linux environments, DNS, multi‑tenant email and web‑hosting solutions.
Strong understanding of ITSM principles, SLA/OLA management and root‑cause analysis.
