Technical Office Architect – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Office Architect to join our interior fit‑out team. The role involves producing accurate shop drawings and construction documents, ensuring design intent is faithfully translated into built environments. You will work closely with design, commercial and site teams throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, technical drawings and construction documentation for interior fit‑out projects.
• Review tender documents and project requirements to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with design, commercial and site teams during all project stages.
• Support design development and produce drawing revisions as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and ensure all drawings reflect project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out or technical office roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp (preferred).
