Technical Recruitment Partner

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Recruitment Partner to lead full‑cycle hiring for a wide range of technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to design and execute scalable recruitment strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across software engineering, data, product, infrastructure, IT, cybersecurity, AI, ERP, DevOps and emerging technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective hiring strategies.
• Design and manage high‑volume and niche recruitment pipelines.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, tech communities, referrals and networking events.
• Conduct technical screenings, manage interview processes and evaluate cultural fit.
• Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS tools and track metrics such as time‑to‑hire.
• Provide market intelligence on tech trends, salary benchmarks and competitive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of technical recruitment experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
