Technical Service Delivery Professional – Cloud

About the role

Alnafitha IT is seeking an experienced Technical Service Delivery Professional to manage cloud service delivery for its clients in Cairo. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations across Microsoft Azure, AWS and hybrid environments, ensuring services meet SLA commitments and are delivered securely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily cloud service delivery activities across assigned client environments (Azure, AWS, hybrid).
• Maintain consistent delivery of compute, storage, networking, identity and platform services in line with contracted SLAs.
• Track resource health, availability zones and service quotas; report any deviations from performance targets.
• Coordinate with cloud engineering and support teams for escalations related to degradation, misconfiguration or service disruption.
• Maintain accurate service records and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering cloud services in a client‑facing environment.
• Ability to work independently on complex operational tasks without direct leadership or architectural responsibilities.
• Strong judgment to identify and resolve service issues promptly.
• Professional communication skills for client interaction on technical matters.
