Technical Solutions Engineer – Hybrid (Giza)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Giza. You will work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, implement enterprise‑grade solutions and support pre‑sales activities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise software solutions.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including technical discussions and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, product releases, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, system administration, solution implementation, IT infrastructure or pre‑sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory administration.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms and identity management.
• Experience with APIs and scripting (PowerShell is a plus).
