About the role
Join Arrow ECS as a Technical Support Specialist Level 1, providing first‑line assistance for VMware solutions powered by Broadcom. You will work with global customers via email, phone, and remote sessions, helping them keep their IT environments reliable and secure.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for VMware by Broadcom products (e.g., vSphere) through phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Replicate customer configurations to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Document all support activities accurately in the tracking system.
- Participate in training and achieve product accreditation.
- Collaborate with Escalation Engineers and other teams to provide optimal solutions.
- Share knowledge by creating and linking technical articles for customers and colleagues.
Required profile
- Passionate about virtualization, networking, storage, and Linux.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 0‑1 years of experience in IT customer support or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- VMware (vSphere) and Broadcom technologies.
- Basic Linux administration.
- Fundamental networking concepts.
- Understanding of storage fundamentals.
- Remote support and troubleshooting tools.
