Technical Transport Governance Senior Supervisor

About the role

The Technical Transport Governance Senior Supervisor leads strategic budget planning, executive reporting and performance governance for Transport, Infrastructure and B2B activities. This role ensures that departmental priorities are aligned with corporate objectives and that data‑driven decisions are supported across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 0–12 month budget planning, consolidating Capex and Opex requirements from section heads.
• Track end‑to‑end order delivery in partnership with VRM, Procurement and Budget teams.
• Prepare and consolidate executive reporting, weekly updates and risk/delay flags for senior directors.
• Develop executive slide decks for Technical Business Reviews, Group Reviews and CXO sessions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional project support and achievement recognition with the PMO.
• Govern the TIB dashboard, align KPIs with stakeholders and run monthly review meetings.
• Highlight on‑track and off‑track KPIs and manage end‑of‑year scoring weight distribution per investment and strategy priorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in Mobile Networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
