About the role
We are seeking a Telemarketing Agent to join Compare 360, a subsidiary of Chedid Capital. In this position you will contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell insurance products, handling inquiries and following up to close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to promote buyanyinsurance’s products and services.
- Identify customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow‑ups and addressing queries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other sales techniques.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent (preferred).
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
