Telemedicine Physician – Remote (US Patients)

About the role

Vivo HealthStaff Inc is seeking a qualified Telemedicine Physician to provide clinical consultations to patients in the United States from Egypt. The role is fully remote and follows Pacific Standard Time (PST) shift patterns, with the possibility of split‑shifts to accommodate personal schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical assessments and prescribe treatment plans for US‑based patients via the company’s telehealth platform.
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and follow‑up.
• Maintain availability during agreed PST working hours, totaling 40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Bachelor’s or Doctorate) and active medical license in Egypt.
• Successful completion of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time zones effectively.

• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong clinical decision‑making in a virtual environment.
