About the role
The Telesearch Agent will drive revenue by contacting prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions from our product portfolio. This position requires a proactive, results‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate qualified sales leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate product offerings.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and keep records up to date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve processes.
- Stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree.
