Telesales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team in Cairo. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers by phone, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
