Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our education-focused team in Maadi, Cairo. You will be the voice of Nextera, reaching out to prospective and existing clients to promote our learning solutions and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to present Nextera’s products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving questions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable educational solutions.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals within set timelines.
• Record all interactions, call outcomes, and sales metrics in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Provide market feedback on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Strong persuasion skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
