Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our on‑site team in Al Giza Mohandessin. In this role you will engage potential and existing customers over the phone, understand their needs and present suitable solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales and contributing to the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and close sales effectively.
• Respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner, turning conversations into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on marketing leads, build strong relationships and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle objections confidently, provide product information and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
