About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our leading derma clinic in Nasr City. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, promoting our specialized medical services over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients to present the clinic's services.
- Follow up with clients, answer inquiries, and provide information professionally.
- Build strong relationships with clients and work towards achieving sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the medical or dermatology field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills.
- Professional attitude and presentable manner.
