Telesales Representative – Warm Leads

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to handle warm leads generated by a major marketing campaign for a global tire manufacturer. You will contact qualified customers, convert interest into sales opportunities and arrange appointments for them to visit our branches.

Key responsibilities

• Call and engage customers who have registered through the campaign.
• Present product information and persuade customers to schedule a visit to the branch.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, appointments and outcomes.
• Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or university student fully available to work.
• At least 6 months continuous experience in telesales.
• Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts, especially car tires.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• No active social insurance or pension commitments.
• Ready to start training on 13 July.

What we offer

• Basic salary of EGP 9,000 per month.
• Attendance bonus of EGP 1,000.
• Commission of EGP 100 for each customer who visits the branch after your appointment.
• Medical and social insurance.
• Fixed morning shifts (10:00‑18:30 or 11:00‑19:30) with a 30‑minute break.
• Two days off per week (Friday fixed plus one rotating day).
