About the role
PreferredConcept, a leading educational company, is looking for a dynamic Tele‑Sales Specialist to promote and sell its educational programs. The role involves engaging potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting the value of our services, and driving enrollment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to generate leads.
- Present and promote educational programs effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tele‑sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
