About the role

NextEra is seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist to join its education technology team in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options and helping them enroll in courses that match their career goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to qualified leads, understanding their learning needs.
• Match students with appropriate programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up using a structured CRM pipeline.
• Collaborate weekly with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets while ensuring a high‑quality student experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of telesales experience; experience in tech education is a strong plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to address inquiries effectively.
• Results‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for helping people build better careers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems for lead tracking, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
