About the role
The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone to promote our products and services. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to leads to introduce and promote products or services.
- Follow up with existing customers to nurture relationships and identify additional opportunities.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
