Telesales Specialist

About the role

eDariba, a fast‑growing FinTech platform that simplifies e‑invoicing and tax compliance for businesses in Egypt, is seeking a motivated Telesales Specialist. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to business owners and decision‑makers to introduce our solutions and drive new business.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to present eDariba’s e‑invoicing and tax compliance solutions.
• Qualify leads, uncover pain points and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support long‑term conversion.
• Log all interactions, follow‑ups and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share market feedback and refine the pitch.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in telesales or B2B sales (pure sales experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong cold‑calling skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Residence in Giza or ability to commute to Smart Village, Giza.

Required skills

• Daily use of CRM systems.
