Technical Sales – Printing & Packaging

About the role

The Technical Sales – Printing & Packaging position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Giza. You will identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and packaging sector, promote testing equipment solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing and packaging market.
• Promote and demonstrate testing equipment, preparing proposals and technical presentations for customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post‑sales support.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and coordinate with internal technical and service teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry standards, competitor offerings, and PACT Egypt’s product portfolio.
• Meet sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and provide market feedback for product development.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of printing and packaging processes, materials, and quality‑control concepts.
• Proven B2B sales or technical sales experience with ability to manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, capable of delivering technical presentations.
• Analytical mindset to interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable testing solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field; experience in industrial equipment or laboratory testing is a plus.
