Telesales Specialist (Maadi)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist to join our team in Maadi. The role focuses on generating new business through outbound calls, presenting our services and converting leads into satisfied customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers via phone.
- Present company products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and log sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or similar outbound sales role.
- Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Resident of Maadi or nearby areas preferred.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Basic computer literacy for CRM data entry.
