Tender Management Expert

About the role

Lead CatA/B tenders for Schneider Electric’s Cloud & Service Providers segment, focusing on complex data‑center projects across the region. Define winning strategies, optimise costs, and ensure offers are services‑ready while complying with global processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate tender strategy with opportunity leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead preparation of technical, commercial, contractual, financial and risk components of the bid.
• Manage cost optimisation, cash‑flow scenarios and risk analysis to meet target prices.
• Present offers to senior management, negotiate with customers and transfer awarded projects to execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering, bid or proposal roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in tender management, cost optimisation and risk assessment.
