Sales Representative – Commercial Team

About the role

Bird Nest is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join its Commercial team in New Cairo. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting the company’s services, and closing sales to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to create new sales opportunities.
• Present and promote Bird Nest’s services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented with a proactive approach to generating business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.
