About the role
We are seeking an experienced Textile & Spinning Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Alexandria. The role focuses on optimizing shift schedules, assembly lines, and machine capacity to meet production targets while ensuring product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production output.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control department to monitor standards and reduce scrap rates.
- Manage staffing plans, operator shift rotations, and overtime budgets.
- Oversee fine count ranges (40‑120) for cotton and polyester yarns.
- Ensure machine capacity aligns with demand and maintain efficient assembly line flow.
Required profile
- 10‑15 years of experience in textile or spinning production management.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex shift schedules.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
