Tour Leader – Travel Agency

About the role

Italotel Egypt Tours is seeking an enthusiastic Tour Leader to guide international visitors through Egypt’s iconic sites. You will ensure a seamless travel experience, from airport arrivals to daily excursions, while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at the airport upon arrival and departure.
• Coordinate airport transfers and transportation services.
• Accompany guests on tours and excursions, ensuring smooth operations.
• Liaise with hotels, restaurants, transport providers, guides, and tourism partners.
• Execute itineraries and manage daily tour activities.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in the tourism industry.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Additional language such as Italian, French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and guest‑relations abilities.
• Organizational and coordination skills.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment.
