Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead the execution of annual trade support plans across multiple channels. You will ensure brand visibility, drive shelf share, and coordinate promotional activities in line with our strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual trade support plans for all trade channels according to the brand roadmap.
• Implement and regularly update outlet classification plans on a quarterly basis.
• Develop visibility solutions and planograms with stakeholders and ensure proper market implementation.
• Supervise deployment of merchandising materials across trade channels.
• Release monthly customer incentives linked to display solutions and shelf shares.
• Monitor customer compliance with contractual agreements and maintain trade display installations.
• Track, report, and evaluate competitor trade‑marketing activities.
• Assist in developing and executing consumer promotions when required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date local market data, including competitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar trade‑marketing role.
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive and structured work approach.
