Trainer for Yokogawa Centum VP DCS Course

About the role

ISS International SpA seeks an experienced trainer to deliver a three‑day classroom course on Yokogawa Centum VP DCS Engineering in Oman. The training, conducted in English, targets technicians and operators responsible for the maintenance and operation of refining and petrochemical facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver a comprehensive 3‑day curriculum covering system architecture, engineering station, FCS, HIS, Vnet/IP, database configuration, control strategy, graphics, alarm management, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands‑on laboratory sessions and real‑world case studies.
• Develop training materials, presentations and assessment tools.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with client personnel to ensure training objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of operation/maintenance experience in the oil & gas downstream sector.
• At least 4 years of experience as a classroom and on‑the‑job instructor.
• Proven expertise with Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS in refinery or petrochemical environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
