Training Administrator – Learning Management & Operations

About the role

RSA is seeking a self‑motivated Training Administrator to join its Education Services team. You will coordinate all instructor‑led training, ensuring a seamless learning experience from preparation through post‑session evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LMS operation and administration.
• Ensure learners enjoy a smooth experience across all training steps.
• Organise training plans according to the schedule.
• Create training communications, maintain participation databases and training libraries.
• Oversee on‑premises training facilities and equipment.
• Maintain RSA relationships with certification vendors.
• Monitor, document and evaluate training activities after each session.
• Provide metric analysis and reporting on training readiness, effectiveness and usage.
• Consult with customers to ensure training meets their needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in project management and education coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Microsoft Suite).
