Transfer Agent – French Speaker (Hurghada)

About the role
MTS Globe Egypt is seeking a motivated Transfer Agent to join its Transfers department in Hurghada. The role focuses on coordinating guest transportation services, handling special requests, and ensuring a smooth experience for both regular and VIP clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and control daily transfer operations.
- Communicate with service providers, hoteliers and tour operators.
- Handle claims, incidents and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate activities with the airport team.
- Follow up on invoicing, service quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage special requests and VIP client needs.
- Organise excursions and tour‑guide services.
- Monitor traffic restrictions and adjust routes accordingly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient French (B1–B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using IT systems and adapting to in‑house software.
- Strong relationship‑building abilities with stakeholders.
- Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
