About the role

MTS Globe Egypt is seeking a motivated Transfer Agent to join its Transfers department in Hurghada. The role focuses on coordinating guest transportation services, handling special requests, and ensuring a smooth experience for both regular and VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

Manage and control daily transfer operations.
Communicate with service providers, hoteliers and tour operators.
Handle claims, incidents and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate activities with the airport team.
Follow up on invoicing, service quality and client satisfaction.
Manage special requests and VIP client needs.
Organise excursions and tour‑guide services.
Monitor traffic restrictions and adjust routes accordingly.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient French (B1–B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable using IT systems and adapting to in‑house software.
Strong relationship‑building abilities with stakeholders.
Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
