Transfer Agent – French Speaker (Hurghada)

About the role

MTS Globe is seeking a motivated Transfer Agent who is fluent in French to join its Transfers department in Hurghada, Egypt. The role involves coordinating transportation services for hotel guests, tour operators and VIP clients, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control all transfer bookings, including scheduling and dispatch.
• Communicate daily with transport providers, hotels and tour operators.
• Handle claims, incidents and special requests, providing timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with airport teams to align arrivals and departures.
• Monitor service delivery, oversee invoicing and quality checks.
• Organise excursions, tour‑guide services and VIP arrangements.
• Stay informed about local traffic restrictions and adjust routes accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar role or in the travel sector.
• High level of French proficiency (B1‑B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
