Transition Specialist – Business & Workforce Planning

About the role

The Transition Specialist will drive business models that increase organizational impact and manage the end‑to‑end service transition process. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure readiness of manpower, systems and infrastructure while maintaining strict controls and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute business models for transition initiatives.
• Develop and implement key milestones for the transition process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure manpower, system and infrastructure readiness.
• Follow escalation procedures for resource issues, delays, and missed deadlines.
• Deliver products and services within Service Transition on time and at required quality.
• Ensure smooth handover and support for all stakeholders.
• Manage headcount fulfillment across assigned Lines of Business.
• Translate HC plans into hiring pipelines, batch schedules and onboarding milestones.
• Raise alerts for risks or delays, track batch adherence metrics and report variances.
• Collaborate with Training, Client, Facilities and HR Operations to resolve blockers.
• Communicate project, hiring plans and ramp‑ups with the client and Workforce Planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar transition or workforce planning role.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Above‑average spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and flexibility.
• Sense of ownership, decision‑making and accountability.
