Travel Customer Service Representative (French)

About the role

Raya CX is seeking a French‑speaking Travel Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in 6th of October City. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist travelers with flight, hotel, and ancillary service bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on travel options, policies, and corporate travel requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Document all interactions in the company’s CRM and reservation systems, adhering to quality standards.
• Meet performance targets, follow schedules, and work shifts that may include weekends or holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent French with good English proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in travel arrangements and travel management.
• Knowledge of business travel policies and corporate traveler needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in tourism, hospitality, languages or related fields is a plus.
